I took a trip to Brazil to explore dance, social cohesion and creative economies in Brazil. I studied Forro dance which is part of Brazilian cultural heritage. It is a close contact inclusive dance that is danced by all generations and originated in the North East. It has both a cultural heritage and modern contemporary place in Brazilian culture and is danced in a wide number of community and cultural settings across many states in Brazil.
